With the rapid development of city,the total amount of all kinds of buildings is increasing,and the design of the building structure is getting more and more attention,and the demand for it is higher and higher.The design of building structure is one of the most important design contents for the whole architecture,and its achievement will affect the service life,function and beauty of the building.In this paper,the main contents and functions of the structural design optimization technology of buildings are briefly described,and the concrete application of the optimization technology of the structural design of buildings is analyzed.
