摘要
对某高加工精度机床设备基础采用Winkler模型,将桩基等效为弹簧,对设备基础设计参数基础厚度H、桩基础抗压刚度Kpz取不同值,采用STAAD软件进行有限元分析,通过对基础纵、横向变形斜率有限元分析结果的对比,成功对机床基础进行设计,并获得了一些对高加工精度机床设备基础设计有用的结论和建议。
Winkler model is used for the foundation of a high precision machine tool equipment.The pile foundation is equivalent to a spring,and different values of design parameters of equipment foundation,foundation thickness H and pile foundation compressive stiffness Kpz are taken.Then using STAAD software to carry out finite element analysis.Through the comparison of the finite element analysis results of the longitudinal and transverse deformation slope of the foundation,the foundation of the machine tool was successfully designed,and some useful conclusions and suggestions for the design of the equipment foundation of the machine tool with high machining accuracy were obtained.
