摘要
当前,随着技术水平的不断提升,化工企业的自动化水平越来越高,各类仪表自控系统的应用越来越广泛。化工装置仪表自控系统与生产工艺结合非常密切,其稳定性、可靠性会对化工企业生产的安全、稳定产生直接影响。若出现问题造成的影响较大,要想解决这些问题必须从其复杂系统中判断产生故障的实际原因,才能确保现场能够及时、有效地进行处理。论文简述了化工装置仪表自控系统,分析了化工装置仪表自控系统常见故障的原因及处理对策。
At present,with the continuous improvement of the technical level,the automation level in chemical enterprises is also higher and higher,and the application of various instrument self-control systems is becoming more and more extensive.The instrument automatic control system of the chemical plant is closely combined with the production process,and its stability and reliability have a direct impact on the safety and stability of the chemical industry.If the impact of problems is greater,the actual cause of failure must be judged from this complex system to solve these problems in order to ensure that the field is handled in a timely and effective manner.This paper briefly describes the instrument control system of chemical plant,analyzes the reasons and countermeasures of the common faults of instrument control system of chemical plant.
