摘要
通过研制新型模型液压支撑倾斜装置,改变传统的"吊→立→装→放→吊"5步的预埋套管安装形式为"翻→装→放"3步的安装形式。论文详细探讨了侧翻装置的设计、安装与使用方法,从而提高了轨枕生产线的生产效率及产量。
By developing a new model of hydraulic support tilting device,the traditional installation form of the embedded sleeve in the five steps of"lifting,erection,installing,discharge and lifting"is changed into the three steps of"turning,installing and discharging".In this paper,the design,installation and application of the tilting device are discussed in detail,so as to improve the production efficiency and output of the sleeper production line.
