旋挖钻机施工是一种环保高效的新型桩孔施工方法,跟管钻进是针对复杂、软弱地层采用套管跟进的方法辅助旋挖钻孔施工,用旋挖动力头通过花管驱动器,带动套管回转钻进的一种施工工艺,我院宝峨BG30旋挖钻机在万达维多利亚湾项目I地块桩基(二标段)项目中采用套管跟进的方法进行桩基施工,桩径1.2m,桩深38.5m。

Rotary drilling rig construction is a new type of pile hole construction method with environmental protection and high efficiency.Tube-following drilling is a construction technology that adopts the method of casing follow-up to assist the rotary drilling construction in complex and weak strata,and uses the rotary digging power head to drive the slewing drilling of the casing through the flower pipe driver.Baoe BG30 rotary drilling rig of our institute adopts the method of casing follow-up to carry out pile foundation construction in the pile foundation(second section)project of Wanda Victoria Bay Project I block,with pile diameter of 1.2 m and pile depth of 38.5 m.
