摘要
混凝土结构梁在跨中产生的裂缝的大部分原因,是由于混凝土抗拉强度标准值远低于抗压强度标准值的物理性质,以及钢筋混凝土受弯构件本身构造性质所决定的。钢筋混凝土结构或结构构件是根据承载能力极限状态及正常使用极限状态分别进行计算和验算。所以,在保证结构构件满足承载能力极限状态,并尽量满足正常使用极限状态而做到的经济合理的设计理念下,如何采取有效措施来减少跨中裂缝的产生,一直是混凝土结构梁施工中的技术难点。论文根据裂缝产生的原因从设计、材料、施工3方面概述混凝土结构梁跨中裂缝预防的各种方法。
Mostly,cracks in concrete beams because the standard value of concrete tensile strength is much lower than the physical properties of the compressive strength standard value,and cracks in concrete beams is determined by the structural properties of the bent members.The reinforced concrete structure or structural member is calculated and checked according to ultimate limit states design and serviceability limit state,respectively.Therefore,how to take effective measures to reduce the generation of mid-span cracks is always the technical difficulty in the construction of concrete structural beams under the economic and reasonable design concept of ensuring that the structural members meet the ultimate state of bearing capacity and try to meet the ultimate state of normal use.According to the causes of cracks,this paper summarizes the prevention methods of mid-span cracks in concrete beams from three aspects:design,material and construction.
