摘要
国际工程的物资设备管理总是伴随计划制作、报审、合同签署、生产、出厂验收、集港、海运、清关、到货验收、入库、管理、出库、回收、核销等多个环节,其中,管理人员流动性大,人员素质参差不齐,导致物资管理工作效率低下,可接替性差,严重影响物资设备管理的各个环节;物资设备从生产到顺利抵达施工现场,制约物资设备到场进度的因素众多,任何一个制约因素都可影响物资设备到场进度。论文针对存在的问题进行探讨、分析,并结合多年项目物资管理经验,给出一些切实有效的解决方法。
International engineering material and equipment management is always accompanied by planning,review,contract signing,production,factory acceptance,port,shipping,customs clearance,arrival acceptance,warehousing,management,delivery,recovery,verification and other links.Among them,large turnover of management personnel and uneven quality of personnel result in low efficiency and poor replaceability of material management,which seriously affect all links of material and equipment management.From the production to the smooth arrival of materials and equipment to the construction site,there are many factors restricting the present progress of materials and equipment,and any one of them can affect the present progress of materials and equipment.This paper discusses and analyzes the existing problems,and combined with many years of project material management experience,gives some practical and effective solutions.
