现行清单计价规范“合同价款调整”条款的合理性探讨

Discussion on the Rationality of the Clause "Contract Value Adjustments" of Current Specification for List Pricing

GB50500—2013《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》第9条"合同价款调整"规定了14类导致工程合同价款调整的事项,对比菲迪克(FIDIC)施工合同条件(1999年第1版)第13条"变更和调整"中处理同类问题的观点,结合工程实践,论文对"规范"第9条的合理性进行了探讨并提出意见和建议。

According to article 9"contract value adjustments"of the current GB 50500-2013"code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works",there are 14 kinds of matters leading to adjustment of contract price.By comparing the viewpoints of dealing with similar problems in article 13"change and adjustment"of construction contract conditions of FIDIC(the first edition of 1999)and combining with engineering practice,this paper discusses the rationality of article 9 of"specification"and puts forward opinions and suggestions.
