Standardized and rigorous management is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of project construction.Based on the management practice of the construction of the complex building project in the outpatient department of dermatology hospital,this paper summarizes the management experience in the implementation process of project management,including design perfection,application according to law,site standard control,funds management,information data management,etc.,in order to provide reference for the operation of similar projects.
