PPP是Public-Pr ivate Partnership的缩写,意思是公私合营,又名公私协力。高速公路PPP项目,顾名思义,就是在关高速公路的公私合营项目。由于高速公路PPP项目的参与者众多,影响它的风险因素相对复杂,因而高速公路PPP项目的投资方要面临的各种风险特别多且难以预料。论文意在结合我国高速公路建设现场的实际情况,对高速公路PPP项目投资方所面临的风险作简要分析,并有针对性的提出风险对策,预防风险,解决风险带来的问题,避免项目投资方的决策失误,尽最大努力降低损失,提高项目投资方的经济效益,确保高速公路PPP项目的顺利实施。

PPP is short for Public-Private Partnership,which means public-private partnership.Highway PPP project,as the name implies,is the public-private joint venture project in highway.Due to the large number of participants in the expressway PPP project,the risk factors affecting it are relatively complex,so the various risks faced by the investors of the expressway PPP project are particularly numerous and unpredictable.This article aims to combine the actual situation of Chinese highway construction site,briefly analyses the PPP project risk faced by investors in highway engineering,and targeted puts forward some countermeasures for risk,to prevent risk,solve the problems of the risks,and avoid project investment decision-making errors,try our best to reduce loss,improve the economic benefits of projects investment,ensure highway PPP project smooth implementation.
