万向节附加弯矩对汽车NVH性能影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 传动轴是汽车传动系统的重要零部件,其性能影响着整车NVH性能,为改善传动轴对NVH性能的影响,通过对比十字轴万向节与Birfield球笼万向节传递特性的分析研究,提出了将后驱车的3个十字轴万向节传动轴的中间十字轴万向节替换为Birfield球笼万向节的设计方案,并分别对两种传动轴的3个万向节在中间支承处的激振力进行求解与分析。并对理论研究结果进行了试验验证。结果表明,Birfield球笼万向节的附加弯矩较为稳定,有利于减小传动轴对中间支承的激励,使车身受到的激振较小,进而提升整车NVH性能。 As an important component in the automobile drive system,the performance of drive shaft has influence on NVH performance of the whole vehicle. In order to improve the influence of drive shaft on NVH performance,a design scheme to replace the intermediate universal joint of the drive shaft with Birfield CV joint is proposed based on the transmission characteristics analysis of universal joint and Birfield CV joint. The exciting forces at the inter-mediate support of three universal joint for two kinds of the drive shaft are solved and analyzed respectively. Results show that,due to the stable additional bending moment,the Birfield CV joint can reduce the exciting force at the intermediate support as well as the body of the vehicle,thus the NVH performance of the whole vehicle is improved.
