摘要
行星传动机构作为风电齿轮箱关键部件,因承受无规律的风力作用及强阵风冲击变载荷作用,其工作时的可靠性决定着整台风电齿轮箱传动的可靠性。作为齿轮传动4项要求之一——适当的齿侧间隙是齿轮副正常工作的必要条件,是降低行星轮系传动时冲击、噪声、空程误差,以及提高风电齿轮箱使用寿命的关键。针对一级行星传动结构形式的风电齿轮箱行星齿轮副侧隙偏大问题,从零件制造、装配、测量3个方面对行星轮副侧隙的影响进行了深入分析,确认了装配工艺对行星齿轮副侧隙的影响,通过选配中箱体与主轴承,解决了行星轮齿轮副侧隙偏差问题。
As wind power transmission gear key parts,because of irregular under strong wind and Martin shock loads,so that its work reliability decides the reliability of the wind turbine gearbox. As one of the four requirements of gear transmission,an appropriate gear clearance is a necessary condition for the normal operation of the gear pair,which is the key to reduce the impact,noise,air distance error and improve the service life of the wind turbine gearbox. For the error of the gear pair clearance in planetary gear which is the first planet transmission structure forms of wind power gearbox,through analysis on the planetary gear pair clearance from three aspects of the impact,parts manufacturing,assembly and measuring,the influence of the assembly process of the planetary gear pair clearance is confirmed,through choosing the middle-box and the main bearings,the problem of the planet wheel gear deviation is solved.
