以“一带一路”倡议扩容推动形成东北亚命运共同体

On Promoting Northeast Asia Community of Shared Future with "The Belt and Road" Initiative

"一带一路"倡议提出六年来得到了沿线国家及国际社会的普遍响应,"一带一路"开放扩容的姿态和步伐也为构筑人类命运共同体提供了理念基础与试验平台。2018年以来,东北亚区域的地缘和安全形势向好发展,双多边协调与合作机遇凸显,形成实质经济圈的利好不断涌现,为该地区抢抓"一带一路"扩容机遇,激活合作意愿,开辟交流渠道,夯实合作路径,朝向构筑东北亚经济共同体、责任共同体、利益共同体进而打造命运共同体提供了历史性契机与现实选择。

"The Belt and Road" initiative has received universal response from countries and international community in the past five years, and its opening up has provided conceptual basis and experimental platform for constructing a community of shared future for mankind. Geographical and security situation in Northeast Asia has developed well since 2018, bilateral and multilateral cooperation opportunities have increased, and the economic circle has also developed favorably. All these provide opportunities to seize "The Belt and Road" initiative, increase the willingness to cooperate, open up communication channels and cooperative paths, and build Northeast Asian community of economy, responsibility and interests, and a community of shared future.
