东北地区高新技术产业发展现状及其集聚效应

On the Present Situation and Agglomeration Effect of High-tech Industry in Northeast China

在"大众创业、万众创新"背景之下,有必要对东北地区高新技术产业的发展与集聚效果进行计量分析。其地区的衰退与复兴,与该地区的新兴产业的选择与产业体系的重组发展息息相关。为此,我们借鉴前人研究的方法,对东北老工业基地的高新技术产业发展现状及其集聚效应进行定性与定量分析,为东北地区的高新技术产业布局和错位发展提供一些资料借鉴。

With the prevailing context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, it is essential to empirically analyze the agglomeration effect and overall development of high-technology industries in Northeast China. The region’s economic decline and revival is closely associated with the establishment and growth of emerging industries. Hence, this essay illustrates previous research methods, applies both qualitative and quantitative analysis to the development of emerging industries in Northeast China, so as to provide some practical references for spatial layout and misplacement of related industries.
