摘要
基于MD ADAMS动力学仿真和经典轴承设计参数,以减振为优化目标,分析了轴承球数、保持架内径、保持架外径、沟道曲率半径系数等结构参数对轴承振动特性的影响,得到了最佳的轴承设计参数。并对优化设计的参数进行了试验,验证了基于MD ADAMS动力学仿真进行减振设计的正确性。
Based on dynamics simulation of MD ADAMS and classical design parameters of bearings,taking vibration reduction as optimal goal,the effects of such structural parameters as number of balls,inner and outer diameter of cage,raceway curvature radius coefficient on vibration characteristics of bearings are analyzed to obtain optimal design parameters for bearings. The experimental verification is carried out for optimally designed parameters,and the validity of vibration reduction design based on dynamics simulation of MD ADAMS is illustrated.
