孔隙对陶瓷涂层绝缘性能的影响及处理 被引量:2

摘要 采用等离子喷涂法在试样表面喷涂氧化铝涂层,并对涂层进行封孔处理和磨削加工,对涂层厚度、孔隙率、绝缘性能进行检测。结果表明:等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层存在孔隙,孔隙率越低,涂层的绝缘性能越好;封孔处理后,涂层的绝缘性能得到进一步提高,且磨削加工对封孔效果影响不大。 The Al2O3 coatings on surfaces of samples are prepared by plasma spraying,and the hole sealing treatment and grinding processing are carried out for coatings. The thicknesses,porosities and insulation performance of coatings are tested. The results show that the ceramic coatings sprayed by plasma have porosity. The lower the porosity is,the better the insulation performance of the coatings. The insulation performance of coatings is improved after hole sealing treatment,and the grinding processing has a little effect on hole sealing effect.
