摘要
通过对公路运输后牵引电动机两端轴承损伤区域进行检测,分析轴承产生运输损伤的原因。结果表明:传动端轴承压痕发白是由于滚子与滚道面之间反复击蚀,产生了类似抛光的作用;非传动端轴承等间距深褐色压痕是因为在推力载荷下,球与沟道之间的润滑油膜被挤出,同时由于该轴向推力产生的摩擦力矩不足,运输过程中转子往复微量转动,造成球和沟道表面氧化。针对运输损伤原因开发了全新的运输工装,经实际运用证明该工装可有效防止轴承运输损伤。
The damage area of bearings on both ends of traction motor after road transportation is examined,the causes of transportation damage are analyzed. The results show that the white indentation on drive end bearings is caused by repeated collision between roller and raceway surface,leading to effect similar to polishing. The equally spaced dark brown indentation on non-drive end bearings is caused by squeezing away lubricating oil film between ball and raceway under thrust load,and the insufficient friction torque produced by axial thrust making rotor reciprocating micro-rotation during transportation process,leading to oxidation of ball and raceway surface. New transportation tools are developed according to transportation damage reasons,and the practical application proves that the tools are able to prevent transportation damage of bearings effectively.
