摘要 以组织氛围装蓄个体的异质特征来研究个体主动创新的动机和行为,以及异质激励对个体创新的影响,有助于深入探讨个体创新的组织激励作用。从组织氛围与个体创新动力的基本关系出发,创新是个体因素与组织因素互动融合并共同起作用的结果,个体异质因素是组织氛围推升个体创新绩效的基础,与个体异质特征密切关联的组织激励是个体创新主动性提升的重要能动因素。实践中,组织氛围影响个体创新决策的机理以及基于个体异质特征的异质激励设计与实施仍然是值得深入探讨的领域。 It is helpful to study the organizational incentive function of individual innovation by investigating the motivation and behavior of individual initiative innovation with individual heterogeneity affected by organizational climate and the impact of heterogeneous motivation on individual innovation. Starting from the basic relationship between organizational climate and individual innovation, the analyze shows that innovation is the result of interaction and integration of individual factors and organizational factors. Individual heterogeneity factors is the foundation of organization atmosphere in improving individual innovation performance. Organizational incentive closely related to individual heterogeneity is an important dynamic factor in promoting individual innovation initiative. In practice, the mechanism of organizational climate affecting individual innovation decision-making and the design and implementation of heterogeneous incentives based on individual heterogeneity are still worthy of further discussion.
