教育的本质是培养人的社会实践活动,人才培养是大学教育的本体功能和核心使命。大学教学是实现人才培养的基本途径,是确保人才培养主导权的主阵地,是保障人才培养安全的第一防线。教学工作是大学教育的中心工作和第一职责,是大学教育的本分和根脉。因此,大学教育必须坚持立德树人、教学为本,大学教师必须坚持修身贻范、潜心教学,大学学生必须坚持求学问道、德智共生。
