安徽皖南上部烟叶分切不同段位质量变化研究

Quality changes of different cutting segments of upper tobacco leaves in southern Anhui province

以安徽皖南上部烟叶为研究对象,通过分切处理,研究叶尖、中段和叶基三个分切部位在外观质量、叶片厚度、重量分布、常规化学成分以及感官质量的差异。结果表明:从外观质量看,叶中段最好,表现在成熟度好,叶片尚疏松,油分有,色度中等。从感官质量看,叶尖和中段的感官质量较好。从化学成分看,叶尖、叶中段化学成分与全叶相似。从重量分布和叶片厚度看,叶中段重量占到全叶的45%～50%,叶中段最厚。通过分切处理,上部烟叶能截取到质量水平好于原等级的分切烟叶,上部烟叶的叶尖和叶中段综合质量水平较好。本研究可为提高上部烟叶可用性,缓解优质原料紧缺提供理论支撑。

Taking the upper tobacco leaves of southern Anhui province as the research object,the differences in the appearance quality,leaf thickness,weight distribution,conventional chemical composition and sensory quality of the cutting parts of leaf tip,middle segment and leaf base are studied.The results show that the middle part of the leaf is the best in terms of appearance quality,which is reflected in good maturity,loose leaves,oil content and medium chromaticity.The sensory quality of leaf tip and middle segment is the better.In terms of chemical composition,the chemical composition of leaf tip and middle leaf is similar to that of whole leaf.From the weight distribution and blade thickness,the weight of the middle part of the leaf accounted for 45% to 50% of the whole leaf,and the middle part of the leaf was the thickest.The quality of the upper leaf is the better than that of the original leaf,and the comprehensive quality of the upper leaf tip and middle segment is the better.This paper can provide theoretical support for improving the availability of upper tobacco leaves and alleviating the shortage of high-quality raw materials.
