不同形式崩拳躯干旋转的力学量化研究

摘要 目的:为探究人体躯干旋转的规律,解释形意拳顺步崩拳与拗步崩拳的发力动作过程。方法:采用Vicon三维运动捕捉系统和AMTI三维测力台,对山西省形意拳协会8名拳龄30年以上的习练者进行测试。结果:崩拳发力阶段躯干肩髋角顺步变化范围为6.81±3.79度,拗步为22.69±14.14度。顺步髋的旋转角度变化量为20.52±26.28度,拗步旋转的变化量为14.09±13.37度。结论:顺步崩拳以肩与髋同时旋转为主、拗步崩拳以肩的旋转为主。同时旋转产生的拳速较肩部旋转的拳速更快。 OBJECTIVE: To explore the law of the rotation of the human torso, and to explain the process of the force-action of the Xingyiquan step-down and the squatting. Methods: Using Vicon's three-dimensional motion capture system and AMTI threedimensional force-measuring platform, eight trainers with more than 30 years of the Xingyiquan practition from Shanxi Xinyiquan Association were tested. RESULTS: The range of the shoulder hip angle of the torso-capturing stage was 6.81±3.79 degrees, and the step was 22.69±14.14 degrees. The amount of change in the angle of rotation of the stepping hip is 50.86 degrees, and the amount of change in the stepping rotation is 29.04 degrees. Conclusion: The shoulder and the hip are rotated at the same time, and the rotation of the shoulder is mainly based on the rotation of the shoulder. At the same time, the speed of the punch produced by the rotation is faster than the speed of the single rotation.
