论高校五禽戏教学与大学生审美教育的培养

Teaching of Wuqinxi in Colleges and Universities and Cultivation of Col ege Students' Aesthetic Education

通过对五禽戏美学特点和美学价值的分析,论述了五禽戏教学与审美教育在性质、特点、功能等方面的统一关系。并提出五禽戏教学中审美教育的策略,从加强传统文化教育、审美感知教育,创建审美氛围,激发审美想象等方面着手,运用适当的体育教学手段与方法,引导学生在审美意识、修养等方面的提高,激发审美创造力,进而促进大学生群体审美的个性化发展,使五禽戏教学成为促进高校审美教育的有效途径。

Through the analysis of the aesthetic characteristics and value of Wuqinxi,this paper demonstrates the unified relationship between Wuqinxi teaching and aesthetic education in terms of nature, characteristics and functions, which can be an effective way to implement aesthetic education. It also puts forward the strategies of aesthetic education in Wuqinxi Drama teaching, starting with strengthening traditional culture education, aesthetic perception education, creating aesthetic atmosphere and stimulating aesthetic imagination, and using appropriate teaching methods and methods of physical education, it can guide students to improve their aesthetic consciousness and accomplishment, stimulate their aesthetic creativity, and further promote the individualized development of college students'aesthetics.
