新疆师范大学公共体育健美操选项课教学情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Teaching Situation of Public Sports Aerobics Optional Course in Xinjiang Normal University

文章主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对新疆师范大学公共体育课健美操选项课教学情况进行调查与分析。结果显示:加强公共体育课程的组织与管理是建设公共体育课的重要内容和保障;教师性别有较大的差别;专业教师所占得比例不合理;教学场地、设施不能满足学生们的需求;这些因素都会制约健美操选项课程的教学和开展。改善的建议是:明确公共体育课程建设的总体要求和目标任务;加大公共体育课教学力度,不断丰富课程教学内容,引导广大学生通过公共健美操课,更好的了解健美操;充分认识到加强公共体育课程建设的意识,教师职称、学历层次待进一步提升;学校领导应该引起重视,对健美操场馆的投资力度,充分利用我校的场地优势进行改善设施现状;加快公共体育课程管理,建立健全有效机制,促使体育教师提高科研能力。

This paper mainly utilizes the literature method, the questionnaire survey method and other research methods, to do the investigation and analysis of Xinjiang Normal University Public Physical Education aerobics elective course teaching situation. The results show that: to strengthen public sports curriculum organization and management is the construction of public physical education is an important content and guarantee;teachers' gender has a larger difference;professional teachers account for a proportion of unreasonable;teaching venues and facilities can not meet the students needs. These factors will restrict the aerobics elective course teaching and development. Improving suggestions: clear public sports curriculum construction of overall requirements and objectives and tasks;Public physical education efforts, enrich teaching contents, guide the majority of students through public aerobics class, a better understanding of aerobics;fully aware to strengthen the consciousness of public sports curriculum construction, teacher title, record of formal schooling to be further improved;school leaders should attention, of Aerobics venues investment, make full use of our site advantage to improve the status of facilities;to speed up the public physical education curriculum management, establish and perfect the effective mechanism, encourage teachers to improve the ability of scientific research.
