加味二陈汤加减联合针眼膏治疗小儿睑板腺囊肿36例

Treatment of 36 children of chalazion by Jiawei Erchen decoction and Zhenyan ointment

目的观察加味二陈汤加减联合针眼膏治疗小儿睑板腺囊肿的疗效。方法对36例(42只眼)1～9岁睑板腺囊肿患儿给予加味二陈汤加减方内服,配合针眼膏外敷。结果 36例患儿中,其中痊愈28例(29只眼),占77.8%,好转6例(11只眼),占16.7%;无效2例(2只眼),占5.6%;总有效率94.4%。结论加味二陈汤联合针眼膏治疗小儿睑板腺囊肿临床疗效较好,且治疗后复发率较低,是治疗小儿睑板腺囊肿的一种有效的治疗方法。

OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Erchen decoction combined with Zhenyan ointment in the treatment of children with chalazion. METHODS Thirty-six patients(42 eyes) aged between 1 and 9 years old with chalazions were given modified Jiawei Erchen decoction orally in addition to Zhenyan ointment externally. RESULTS Among the 36 children, 28(29 eyes) were cured which accounted for 77.8%;6 cases(11 eyes) were improved which accounted for 16.7%;2 cases(2 eyes) were ineffective which accounted for 5.6%;the total effective rate was94.4%. CONCLUSIONS Jiawei Erchen decoction combined with Zhenyan ointment was effective in treatment of children with chalazions and had a low recurrence rate after treatment. It was an effective treatment for children with chalazions.
