摘要
对照师范专业认证标准,遵循"教育见习—教育实习—教育研习"贯通的要求,在时间、空间、内容维度上构建起全程贯通、全面扩展的三层递进式实践教学体系;沿着"模块式的训练与体验—系统的观察与研讨—完整的实践与反思"的层级,在资源、组织、制度等保障下,切实提高师范生培养质量。
Referencing the certification standards of normal specialty, we construct the three-tier progres sive practical teaching system, which includes "modular training and experience-systematic observation and discussion-complete practice and reflection" through the whole process. In terms of resources, organization, and institutions, the quality of teachers is being raised.
