针对目前高校社会工作专业的发展现状,结合该专业社会需求与特色,从课堂教学方法、考核评估方式、实践能力提升等方面进行分析并提出对策,以探索出一条符合应用型人才培养模式的教学改革之路。

According to the current development situation of social work specialty in colleges and universities, combining the social needs of the specialty and the characteristics of the curriculum, the paper analyzes the situation and puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of classroom teaching methods,assessment methods, and improvement of practical ability, in order to explore a way of teaching reform that conforms to the training model of applied talents.It aims to cause social workers to further think and explore the teaching model of the profession.
