基于广电网络呼叫系统的短信平台设计,充分考虑呼叫系统整体运行能力和安全策略机制,采用开放的第三方标准接口协议与开发平台,提供有效的安全保密措施,包括IP鉴权、MAC地址绑定、SSL加密等方式,确保系统和数据资源的安全,防止对系统资源的非法侵入。建立了以呼叫系统为核心,集服务、应用、数据库于一体的短信平台应用系统,构建了一个具有个性化、专业化、标准化的客户服务体系,体现良好的灵活性和可扩展性,实际应用效果良好,客户满意度大幅提升。

The SMS platform design based on the broadcasting network call system fully considers the overall operational capability and security policy mechanism of the call system, and adopts an open third-party standard interface protocol and development platform to provide effective security and confidentiality measures, including IP authentication and MAC address binding, SSL encryption and other methods to ensure the security of the system and data resources, to prevent the illegal invasion of system resources. This study has established a messaging platform application system with call system as the core and integrated services, applications and databases, and built a personalized, professional and standardized customer service system, reflecting good flexibility and scalability, practical application. The practical application effect is good and customer satisfaction is greatly improved.
