摘要
车身作为汽车的四大基本组成部分之一,起到了抵御外来撞击、保护驾驶员安全的重要作用。但长期以来车身质量和其占整车质量比重较大,导致车辆性能下降,增加额外成本,影响驾驶者和乘客的驾乘体验。近年来,各大车企在材料轻量化的研究领域频频突破,正逐步降低车身质量,而快速发展的新能源汽车对加速、续航、节能等方面的要求更为苛刻,车身轻量化技术可以显著地提高新能源汽车的主要性能,改善驾驶者和乘客的驾乘体验。
Auto body,as one of the four basic components of automobile,plays an important role in resisting external impact and protecting driver's safety.However,for a long time,the auto body mass and the proportion of the vehicle mass are large,resulting in a decline in vehicle performance,increasing additional costs and affecting the driving experience of the drivers and passengers.In recent years,the major automobile enterprises have made frequent breakthroughs in the field of material lightweight research,and are gradually reducing the mass of the auto body,while the fast-developing new energy vehicles are more demanding in terms of acceleration,range,energy saving and so on.Auto body lightweight technology can significantly improve the main performance of new energy vehicles and the driving experience for drivers.
