In the new era,the communist party of China is a Marxist ruling party serving the people.Compared with other types of political parties,the Marxist ruling party has special connotations,functions.To define and study these concepts is helpful to further distinguish the CPC from non-Marxist political parties.At the same time,we should have a deep understanding of the position of the construction of service-oriented Marxist ruling party in the construction of"three-oriented"parties in theory,so as to promote the construction of service-oriented Marxist ruling party in practice.
