营商环境是一个地区经济软实力和综合竞争力的重要体现。加快转变政府职能,不断提高行政效能,建设服务型政府,对营商环境的优化有着重要作用。结合广西实际,要"放"出活力、"管"出水平、"服"出效率,加强政务公开,完善中介服务机构,建设数字政府,努力营造法治化、国际化和便利化营商环境,助推新时代广西发展新篇章。
The business environment is an important manifestation of the soft power and comprehensive competitiveness of a region's economy.Accelerating the transformation of government functions,improving administrative efficiency and building a service-oriented government will play an important role in optimizing the business environment.In light of Guangxi's actual conditions,we need to release more vitality,improve service and efficiency.We will make government affairs more open,improve intermediaries and service agencies,build a digital government and create a law-based,international and business-friendly environment,to open up a new chapter in Guangxi's development in the new era.
