三级围产保健理念在妊娠期糖尿病预防中的应用效果

Application Effect of Three-level Perinatal Health Care Concept in Prevention of Gestational Diabetes

目的探究应用三级围产保健理念预防妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的临床效果。方法 2017年1月～2018年12月于本院选取1 000例孕妇,依据其入院顺序平均分为常规组与研究组,各有孕妇500例。常规组孕妇给予普通产检,研究组采用三级围产保健理念。观察两组孕妇的GDM及相关并发症发生率、血糖控制率、母婴体重情况以及妊娠结局。结果研究组孕妇的GDM、子痫前期、巨大儿的发生率低于常规组,血糖控制率高于常规组;研究组孕妇的体重增长量和新生儿体重低于常规组;研究组孕妇的自然分娩率明显高于常规组,不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用三级围产保健理念对于GDM的预防效果较好,可使孕妇和胎儿体重合理增长,从而预防GDM的发生,改善妊娠结局,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using three-level perinatal health care concept to prevent gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 1 000 pregnant women were selected from our hospital. According to the order of admission, they were divided into regular group and study group, with 500 pregnant women. The regular group of pregnant women gave general check-ups, and the research group adopted the concept of threelevel perinatal care. The incidence of GDM and related complications, blood glucose control rate, maternal and infant weight, and pregnancy outcome were observed in the two groups of pregnant women. Results The incidence of GDM, preeclampsia and macrosomia in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the glycemic control rate was higher than that in the conventional group. The weight gain and neonatal weight of the pregnant women in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group. The delivery rate was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of the three-level perinatal health care concept has a better preventive effect on GDM, which can reasonably increase the weight of pregnant women and fetuses, thus preventing the occurrence of GDM and improving the pregnancy outcome, which is worthy of clinical application.
