托吡酯对脑梗死后继发性癫痫患者神经功能缺损及认知功能的影响

Effect of Topiramate on Neurologic Impairment and Cognitive Function in Patients with Secondary Epilepsy after Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨托吡酯对脑梗死后继发性癫痫患者康复效果的影响。方法将2016年3月～2018年3月本院收治的80例脑梗死后继发性癫痫患者作为研究对象,所有患者随机分为两组,各40例。对照组予以卡马西平治疗,观察组采用托吡酯片治疗,于治疗前、治疗6个月后分别采用神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)对两组患者神经功能及认知功能进行评定对比,同时比较两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组NHISS评分低于对照组,MoCA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论托吡酯在脑梗死后继发性癫痫治疗中效果显著,有利于更好促进患者神经、认知功能的改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of topiramate on rehabilitation in patients with secondary epilepsy after cerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients with secondary epilepsy after cerebral infarction admitted in the hospital from March 2018 were selected, and they were randomLy divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given carbamazepine, while observation group was treated with topiramate tablets. The nerve function and cognitive function of the two groups were evaluated by National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) before treatment and after treatment for 6 months. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that of control group, while the MoCA score of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05);The total effective rate of observation group was higher that control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Topiramate in treatment of patients with secondary epilepsy after cerebral infarction has significant effects, it can promote nerve function and improve cognitive function.
