摘要
目的探讨黄芪注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗高龄老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床应用效果。方法选取本院于2018年1月~2018年9月间收治的110例高龄CHF患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组55例予以常规治疗,研究组55例加以黄芪注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、左室舒张末期内径(LVED)、血清脑钠尿肽(BNP)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平。结果研究组患者临床有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者干预前LVED、SV、LVEF、BNP、CA125水平比较无显著性差异(P> 0.05),干预后两组LVED、BNP、CA125水平低于干预前,SV、LVEF水平高于干预前,且研究组与对照组有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论高龄CHF患者采用黄芪注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗疗效确切,可显著改善患者心功能指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of astragalus injection combined with sodium phosphocreatine in the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF) in the elderly. Methods 110 elderly CHF patients admitted to our hospital between January 2018 and September 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number method, they were divided into two groups. 55 patients in the control group were given routine treatment, and 55 patients in the study group were treated with astragalus injection combined with sodium phosphocreatine. Clinical efficacy, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), stroke output volume (SV), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVED), serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in LVED, SV, LVEF and BNP paribas, CA125 level between two groups of patients before treatment (P > 0.05). LVED, BNP, CA125 levels of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before the intervention. SV, LVEF levels of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before the intervention(P < 0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with CHF treated with astragalus injection combined sodium phosphocreatine have curative effect, can significantly improve patients with cardiac function index.
