“6S”管理法在消化内镜室护理管理中的探索

Exploration of "6S" Management Method in Nursing Management of Digestive Endoscopy Room

目的探究"6S"管理法在消化内镜室护理管理中的应用效果。方法将本院在2016年12月～2017年12月收治的80例在消化内镜室就诊的患者按照随机分配的方式,将其分成对照组与观察组(n=40)。并分别给予内镜中心的传统管理模式、"6S"管理法实施护理管理干预。比较两组各项临床评价情况。结果观察组护理管理质量评价分数均高于对照组,且P <0.05;观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,P <0.05,。结论在消化内镜室护理管理中应采用"6S"管理法实施干预,继而达到提高护理满意度与护理管理质量的目的。

Objective To explore the application effect of "6S" management method in the nursing management of digestive endoscopy room. Methods 80 patients admitted to the endoscopy room of our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group (n=40). The traditional management mode of endoscopy center and "6S" management method were respectively given to carry out nursing management intervention. The clinical evaluations of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of nursing management quality evaluation in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion "6S" management method should be adopted in the nursing management of digestive endoscopy room for intervention, so as to improve nursing satisfaction and nursing management quality.
