窝沟封闭术配合多乐氟治疗小儿龋齿远期体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析在小儿龋齿的治疗中应用窝沟封闭术配合多乐氟治疗的效果。方法选取2017年6月~2019年1月进入本院接受治疗的龋齿患儿138例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,实验组接受窝沟封闭术配合多乐氟治疗,对照组接受常规窝沟封闭术治疗。结果对患儿治疗干预2年后窝沟封闭剂的脱落情况进行比较分析,实验组脱落率为10.94%;对照组脱落率为26.56%;实验组患儿脱落率与对照组患儿相比显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规窝沟封闭术治疗相比,在小儿龋齿的治疗中应用窝沟封闭术配合多乐氟治疗的效果更显著,可以明显降低患儿窝沟封闭剂的脱落率,故方案推广意义大。
