卒中后淡漠综合征的研究进展

Research progress of post-stroke apathy syndrome

卒中患者经常会受到心理因素的困扰和神经精神紊乱的影响。卒中后淡漠综合征可对患者机体恢复产生负面影响,并且降低患者生存质量和加重护理负担。然而,当前卒中后淡漠综合征未被充分认识并且被严重低估。因此,作者就卒中后淡漠综合征的概念、流行病学、发病机制、诊断及管理等进行综述,以期为临床医师在卒中后淡漠综合征的诊治过程中提供帮助。

Stroke patients are often affected by psychological factors and neuropsychiatric disorders.Post-stroke apathy syndrome can have a negative impact on the recovery of the patient′s body,and reduce the quality of life of patients and increase the burden of care.However,current post-stroke apathy syndrome is not fully recognized and is seriously underestimated.Therefore,in order to provide clinicians with assistance in the diagnosis and treatment of post-stroke apathy syndrome,this article reviews the conception,epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and management of post-stroke apathy syndrome.
