高职院校定向士官劳动意识的培养体系构建

摘要 劳动教育是高校人才质量培养体系中的重要一环。意识是社会成员心理反映的最高形式,对个体的行为和价值选择起到极其重要的作用。定向培养士官作为高校为部队培养的订单式信息化军事人才,其劳动意识水平高低不仅影响其在校学习和生活状态,还会影响其职业选择和价值追求,甚至影响到国防信息化建设和国家安全稳定。从劳动意识的内涵和形式出发,提出探索劳动意识培养要从做好家庭启蒙教育、强化社会意识形态教育、探索学校培养体系三个方面着手。 Labor education is an important link in the quality training system of university.Consciousness is the highest form of psychological reflection of social members,it is important for human behavior and value.As the part of the informationized military personnel,The level of directional noncommissioned officers'labor consciousness will affect their studying and life,their career choice and value pursuit,and military information construction and national security.This paper proposes three contents of directed noncommissioned officer labor consciousness education,and proposes that strengthening labor consciousness should start from three aspects:doing well in family initiation education,strengthening social ideology education and exploring school cultivation system.
