构建高职建工专业产教融合生态圈的研究

Research on Establishment of Industry-Education Integration Ecosphere for Building Engineering Specialty in Higher Vocational College

产教融合是随着现代教育的发展而产生的一种新型人才培养模式,也是提升高等职业教育内涵和人才培养质量的重要途径。阐述了建筑工程专业产教融合生态圈的主体构成和系统特征,从明确产教融合的方向和目标、精准匹配企业需求、理性选择融合对象、合理配置融合结构、灵活制定融合策略等方面,提出了构建建工类专业产教融合生态圈系统的途径。同时,提出有效整合政府、行业、高校和企业等各方资源,以繁荣地区建筑产业、提高人才培养质量和增强企业市场竞争力的目的,最终达到建工专业产教融合生态圈内成员们共赢的局面。

Generated with the development of modern education,the industry-education integration is a new type of talent cultivation modes.It is an important way to enrich the connotation of higher vocational education and improve the quality of talent cultivation.This paper expounds the main composition and system characteristics of the ecosphere of Industry-Education integration for construction engineering specialty,and puts forward the ways to construct the ecosphere system of Industry-Education integration for construction engineering specialty from the following aspects:defining the direction and objectives of Industry-Education integration,accurately matching the needs of enterprises,rationally selecting the integration objects,rationally allocating the integration structure and flexibly formulating the integration strategy.At the same time,it can effectively integrate the resources of government,industry,universities and enterprises in order to prosper the construction industry in the region,improve the quality of personnel training and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,in order to achieve all-win situation in this ecosphere.
