互联网+背景下实施个性化教学的瓶颈及突破机制研究

摘要 互联网+背景下实施个性化教学模式是国家职业教育发展的必然要求,是新时期培养个性化人才的必经之路。作为一项顺应时代、期待突破的综合工程,必须要全面准确界定个性化教学的内涵与特征基础上,深入把握分析实施互联网+个性化教学存在的学校层面、教师层面、学生层面的瓶颈,迫切需要从创造条件营造氛围、改革管理做好保障、培训提升强化师资、开发完善扩充资源、宣传教育端正观念和转变方式提高能力等方面实现突破,建构科学合理的机制,为职业教育多样化人才的培养提供路径参考。 The implementation of personalized teaching mode under the background of Internet plus is the inevitable requirement for the development of national vocational education,and the only way to train individualized talents in the new era.As a comprehensive project which is in line with the times and looking forward for breakthroughs,we must comprehensively and accurately define the connotation and characteristics of individualized teaching,and grasp the bottlenecks of analyzing the implementation of Internet+personalized teaching at the school level,teachers'level and students'level.It is urgent to create atmosphere from the creation of conditions,reform management,improve training to strengthen teachers,expand resources,publicity and education,change ways to improve abilities,and build a scientific and rational mechanism to provide path reference for the training of diversified talents in Vocational education.
