摘要
高职特教教师是高校教师队伍中的一个特殊群体,其培养对象为身心发展存在障碍的特殊学生,同一般教师相比,面临的工作任务和工作环境更为特殊,承受的职业压力更大,更容易产生职业倦怠问题。从情绪、人格和主观体验三个方面分析了高职特教教师职业倦怠的表现,从压力、地位、工作三个方面分析了高职特教教师职业倦怠的成因,进而通过对教师自身和外部环境改善两方面提出高职特教教师职业倦怠应对策略。
Special education teachers in higher vocational colleges are a special group of teachers.Their training objects are special students with physical and mental development obstacles.Compared with ordinary teachers,they are more likely to cause job burnout issues because they faced more special tasks and working environment and suffered more professional pressure.This paper analyzes the performance of job burnout issues of higher vocational special education teachers from three aspects of emotion,personality and subjective experience.It analyzes the causes from three aspects of pressure,status and work,and then puts forward coping strategies from two aspects of teachers'own and external environment improvement.
