田野研究方法在职业教育研究应用中的价值与调试

The Value and Adjustment of Field Research Method in Vocational Education Research

田野研究作为一种研究范式应用于职业教育研究领域,是对职业教育研究方法与成果的丰富与发展。通过笔者所在团队所进行的"工业机器人技术项目课程开发"这一案例的田野调查发现,职业教育田野研究剖释的是职业教育的真问题,追求的是对研究对象心理状态、行为模式的理解与把握,体悟的是在职业教育研究中的特殊调试与应用限度。在归纳职业教育田野研究的"案头""调查""分析"等程序之后,对田野研究进行职业教育本土化的推演与试炼,最终形成职业教育立场下的田野研究,即行动型田野研究。

Field research,as a research paradigm,has been applied to the research field of vocational education.Through the vocational education field study of"industrial robot technology development of project curriculum",the author found that vocational education field study try to answer true questions in vocational education,pursue the understanding and grasp of the research object's psychological state and behavior pattern,and realize the special adjustment and application limit in vocational education research.After summarizing the procedures of"desk","investigation"and"analysis"of the field research of vocational education,the author deduces and tests the localization of the field research of vocational education,and finally form the field research under the position of vocational education,that is action field research.
