基层公共图书馆阅读指导员建设的必要性——以浙江省仙居县为例

On the Necessity of Constructing Reading Instructor System in Primary Public Libraries——Taking Xianju Library for an Example

公共图书馆阅读指导员是指在图书馆统一组织管理下,以图书馆为主要服务平台,具备一定的资质,能够独立开展阅读推广活动,提供阅读指导的专业人员。近年来,随着全民阅读文化战略的持续推进,坚持公益普惠,深入基层成为了全民阅读工作的基本原则。对于基层公共图书馆来说,建立一支专业的阅读指导员队伍,有利于促进基层图书馆阅读推广工作不断深入,在提升市民素质,更有针对性地满足民众个性化阅读需求,建设书香社区等方面具有十分重要的作用。

Reading instructor is the professional personnel with qualifications who can provide reading guidance and reading promotion activities independently under the organization of public libraries. With the continuous promotion of nationwide reading culture strategy,grassroots immersion and public welfare for all has become the basic principle for the nationwide reading work. Constructing a group of professional reading instructors is of high value for primary public libraries to meet people’s personalized reading needs and build reading community.
