摘要
文中从海员的职业特征出发,采用扎根分析法,探讨当前海员主观社会地位的构成因素和特征,为海员职业幸福感测评系统的建立提供理论基础。
Proceeding from the characteristics of seafarer as a vocation,the paper adopts grounded analytical method and probes into the components and characteristics of the present subjective social statues of seafarers,providing a theoretical basis for the establishment of the evaluation system for the vocational happiness of seafarers.
