刀弯对带锯条切斜的影响

摘要 基于简支梁模型分析了带锯条在切削时的受力情况。对带锯条引入"刀弯"后,通过简支梁模型建立了张紧力、齿部张力以及刀弯之间的关系。通过对738H中大型模具钢的锯切,证明了正刀弯对防止切斜具有重要的作用。锯切时,当带锯条的正刀弯达到55mm/6000mm时,其齿部张力为背部张力的4.15倍,锯切刀数为常规带的5倍,正刀弯值随锯切刀数的增加而变小。当带锯条齿尖的磨损量达到0.20-0.25mm且正刀弯值降低至33mm/6000mm时,齿部张力在克服切削阻力后不足以维持带锯条齿部绷直状态,造成横向振动,从而导致切斜失效。 This paper analyzes the mechanical model of sawing system in working stage based on the model of simple supported beam.Through the model,the relationship between the cutting edge tension,bandsaw machine tension and camber is established.It is proved that camber has a good effect on preventing cuting-off by cutting large size of 738H die steel. Setting the positive camber to be 55mm/6000mm,the cutting edge tension is 4.15 times as the back edge tension,and the number of cut is 5 times as the the normal bandsaw.With the number of cuts increasing,the value of the camber decreases.When the value of the cutting edge wear gets to be 0.20 to 0.25mm and the positive camber to be 33mm/6000mm,the tension of cutting edge can not keep the bandsaw blade straight and causes traverse vibration,finally resulting in cutting-off.
