摘要
制造过程中需要对齿轮滚刀的容屑槽(前刀面)和铲磨后角(后刀面)进行合理设计,才能确保滚刀在滚齿加工中平顺切削且具有良好的使用寿命和加工质量。将齿轮滚刀前后刀面设计原理、配套加工机床工装选用、三角坐标绘图以及数据库查询手段融入软件模块中。在后续软件版本的研发中,对软件进行反复调试,结合最终生产现场实样尺寸实现了第四代版本的优化,软件使用功能、效率和便捷性均优于以往需要人工换算模拟绘图的效率、直观性和准确性。
In manufacturing process,the chip flute (rake face) and shovel angle (flank face) of the gear hob need to be prorperly designed to ensure that the hob cuts smoothly during hobbing and has a good service life and processing quality.The design principle of the rake and flank faces of the gear hob,the selection of the corresponding matching machine tooling,the triangular coordinate drawing and the database query method are all integrated into the software module.In the subsequent version of the development of the software,the software is debugged repeatedly according to actual design and the real sample size at the final production site,finally the fourth generation of the softnare is optimized.In terms of the function,efficiency and convenience of the software is completely superior to the efficiency,intuitiveness and accuracy of the manual conversion of simulation drawings.
