Solid electrolyte mainly included polymer solid electrolyte,inorganic solid electrolyte and thin film solid electrolyte,and the classification of inorganic solid electrolyte was briefly introduced.The synthesis of inorganic solid electrolyte was reviewed,and the research results of synthesis,doping and surface modification were reviewed,and the research prospect was also discussed.
