多元合金渗锌工艺在制备输电线路铁塔螺栓中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用先进的渗锌工艺制备输电线路铁塔用新型螺栓,该工艺锌层附着强度高,抗高、低温性能好,具有极强的耐酸碱腐蚀性、抗磨损与抗冲击等特性,金属标准件在中性盐雾中能够耐受600h而不出现红锈,延长了其使用寿命,因而在输电线路钢铁材料防腐工程领域的应用前景广泛。它以无可比拟的绝对优势出现在世人面前,再一次解除了铁塔行业防腐的危机,为电力系统、通讯系统及高速公路等领域在野外设施中紧固件和钢构架的防腐又增加了一道安全锁。 Used advanced metal surface thermal diffusion coating corrosion proof technology the new bolts of transmission tower were developed.The zinc coating by this process had high adhesion strength,excellent oxidation resistance,good corrosion and abrasion resistance,the impact resistance and other characteristics,greatly improved the metal corrosion of bolts,prolonged the service life.The process had a wide application prospects in the steel corrosion engineering field.It taken the absolute advantage which there was nothing comparable to this in the world,once again lifted the crisis of anti-corrosion in tower industry.the anti-corrosion of fasteners and steel frame were added a safety lock in the field of power and communication systems,and highway facilities.
