The Demand and Realization Path of the Construction of Teaching Staff for Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance in Colleges and Universities

高等教育的发展以及我国就业政策的调整,导致我国大学生就业出现了问题。对于这一问题,教育部指出要加强对学生的就业指导,保证学生的就业。要提高就业指导的质量,使就业指导从粗放型发展为专业化,必须要加强建设就业指导课程,抓紧师资力量的培养,坚持走专业化、职业化相互促进的"专职化"路线。基于此,对高校就业创业指导师资队伍建设诉求与实现路径进行探讨。

The development of higher education and the adjustment of employment policy in China have led to problems in the em-ployment of college students. Aimed at this problem, the Ministry of Education pointed out that we should strengthen the employment guidance for students and guarantee their employment. In order to improve the quality of employment guidance and make it develop from extensiveness to professionalism, we must strengthen the construction of employment guidance courses, strengthen the training of teachers, and adhere to the combination path of mutual promotion of major and profession. Based on this, this paper discusses the de-mand and realization path of the teaching staff construction of employment and entrepreneurship guidance in colleges and universities.
