在知识经济时代背景下,社会的建设发展对于人才的能力及素质有着更高的要求,高校辅导员教师作为思政教育活动的主要组织者,借助网络平台开展思政教育活动具有重要的价值及意义。简要分析高等院校辅导员网络思政教育工作的主要内容,并论述高等院校辅导员网络思政教育工作的现状及创新的必要性,基于以上分析内容,提出高等院校辅导员网络思政教育工作的创新路径,旨在促进高校思政教育工作的创新发展。

Under the background of the era of knowledge economy, the construction and development of society has higher require-ments for the ability and quality of talents. College counselors are the main organizer of ideological and political education activities, and carrying out ideological and political education activities through network platform is of great value and significance. This paper will briefly analyze the main contents of the network ideological and political education work of college counselors, and discuss the status quo and innovation necessity of the network ideological and political education work of college counselors. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward the innovative path of network of ideological and political education work of college counselors,aiming to pro- mote the innovative development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
