黑龙江省大力发展职业教育精准扶贫,需要立足全省职业教育精准扶贫现状,针对职业教育精准扶贫统筹管理不够、定位把握不准和经费投入不足等问题,明晰职业教育扶贫定位,引领精准扶贫工作方向;优化职业教育扶贫模式,发挥精准扶贫工作合力;强化职业教育扶贫条件保障,提高精准扶贫工作贡献率。

To vigorously develop the vocational education to promote the precise poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang Province, based on the provincial present situation of vocational education, namely, lack of overall planning and management of precise poverty allevia-tion through vocational education, inaccurate orientation and lack of financial support, we need to establish a clear orientation of precise poverty alleviation through vocational education, and guide the direction of poverty alleviation;optimize the mechanism of poverty alle-viation through vocational education and make joint efforts in precise poverty alleviation, and strengthen the guarantee of poverty allevi-ation in vocational education and improve the contribution rate of precise poverty alleviation.
